STAY-TECH webshop is operated by Lejon Lah s.p., with its head office located on the address Miklavž 42 (Slovenia, EU), with registration number: 9306994000 and VAT number: 53504330.

This document (STAY-TECH (Lejon Lah s.p.) WEBSHOP TERMS AND CONDITIONS) uses noun STAY-TECH and pronouns ”we”, ”us” and/or ”our” which refer to Lejon Lah s.p..

By purchasing from STAY-TECH webshop (https://www.stay-tech.eu) you engage in our ”Service” and agree to be bound by the following document entitled STAY-TECH Webshop Terms and Conditions, which is subject to periodical reviews (and changes) so it is a user’s responsibility to check this document periodically for eventual changes and/or updates. Your continued use and access to STAY-TECH webshop constitutes acceptance of all terms, conditions and eventual changes. STAY-TECH webshop is hosted on an open source platform WordPress.com, which provide us an online e-commerce platform on which we present and sell our products and services to you.

Section 1 – STAY-TECH Webshop Terms

By agreeing to STAY-TECH Webshop Terms and Conditions, you also guarantee that you are old enough by the law of the country from which you access STAY-TECH webshop to browse and/or buy from the site. You are not allowed to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purposes nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any codes of a destructive nature on STAY-TECH webshop.

Section 2 – General Conditions and GDPR

By accessing STAY-TECH webshop you agree to terms stated in STAY-TECH Privacy Policy and GDPR Regulation Policy document, which is publicly accessible.

Section 3 – Accuracy, Completeness And Timeliness of Information

All information, which are provided/offered to visitors/customers regard solely STAY-TECH products and services. If customers/users want to know more about products, which serve as props (e.g. handguns) and/or persons, who represent STAY-TECH brand (products) should visit the websites of origin of props or consult directly persons, who represent/use STAY-TECH products. Any reliance on the material on this webshop is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify the contents of STAY-TECH webshop at any time. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes or updates.

Section 4 – Products/Services and Prices

All prices are given in the official Slovenian currency i.e. Euro (€). Therefore, all invoices will be issued in this currency, while also all payments/transactions must be in this currency i.e. Euro (€). Prices of our products are subject to change without previous notice. STAY-TECH reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time, without previous or afterward notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any modifications, price changes, suspensions or discontinuance of specific or all product selling or service offering.

All prices on webshop does not include VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise. All prices in the online store are product prices and do not include delivery costs. All prices apply only to the electronic order of products via the online webshop.

We reserve the right to offer/sell certain products or services exclusively either online, either in physical shop(s) only. All products we offer have a limited stock, therefore we reserve the right to run out of stock of products or stop selling them at any time.

However, in the event that for any reason we cease the business, we are committed to deliver paid goods to you or refund your purchase or exchange goods with other products and/or services for the value of your purchase/payment.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at STAY-TECH webpage, but colors displayed in/on real sunlight may vary.

Due to the process of anodizing (the process gives products color), minimal discoloration and defects may occur on the products. 

Imperfections (discoloration, small scratches, different shades of color, white spots) that are unacceptable and are base for reclamation should be visible with a bare eye at a distance of 1m under domestic light (4000K and 500 lumens). The size of the imperfection that is unacceptable and is the base for reclamation should be bigger than 1mm.

Section 5 – Responsibility for the Purchase and use of Products

Prior to the purchase, the buyer agrees to carefully review all laws, rules and recommendations for the use of purchased products that are valid in buyer’s country of origin and internationally, and will only proceed with the purchase if these rules and conditions are fully understood.

However, STAY-TECH is not responsible for any inappropriate and/or harmful use of purchased products that could harm the buyer or others.

Section 6 – Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you placed/paid for at any time for any reason, but we are bind to refund your purchase in case of such occurrence. We will notify you by contacting you through e-mail and/or billing address/phone number that you provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate required information for all purchases made at STAY-TECH webshop.

Section 7 – Payment Terms

The webshop STAY-TECH (Lejon Lah s.p.) allows the user the following payment methods for purchasing products from the online store:

  • by direct bank transaction. You will receive the information for the transfer to your e-mail address, which you specified when ordering (order must be placed via mail),
  • with payment and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro),

Section 8 – Order Cancelation

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours from the moment of their placement, after this period the order is considered as confirmed and it is being processed.

Section 9 – Items to be Returned

Purchased and shipped items from STAY-TECH webshop are returnable and refundable within 14 days of receipt of delivery, however customers need to provide a receipt as a proof of purchase. In addition, customers need to state/provide a reason why they wish to return the product(s). The products need to be unused and undamaged and returned in original packaging and in same condition that were received.

Returning shipping costs are covered on the expenses of a buyer.

STAY-TECH will initiate a refund process to a customer, after it will receive the goods that he/she wants to return. However please note that when a returned item is received, it can take up to 3 business days for the refund to be processed and 2-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account (depending on your credit card provider and bank’s policies).

The refund process will not be processed if the package is open, or damaged, or if the products have been used.

Section 10 – Important Warning on Returning Policy/Practice

Customers for which STAY-TECH finds out to have a repeating tendencies of returning their purchase will be banned from possibility of further returns and therefore refunds.

Section 11 – Third-Party Providers

Certain services may be linked to or offered by third-parties (third-party providers), as for example payment methods and shipping. In this case the third-party links on STAY-TECH webshop will direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for the content nor the accuracy of their Terms and Policies and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for their materials and services they offer.

Please review carefully the third-party’s terms and policies and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be made to the third-party directly.

Section 12 -Delivery Times

Delivery times with normal post depend on shipping destination. Please note that shipments can take up to 30 days (or more) to reach certain countries.

Delivery times do not include the time of customs clearance of goods (i.e. time for which the goods are subject to customs), but regard the time in which delivery company (Pošta Slovenije, GLS, DPD ect.) deliver the shipment.

Section 13 – Parcel (content) insurance

Parcels shipped with Normal post (Post of Slovenia/Pošta Slovenije) are not insured in case of: loss, damage of the entire consignment or its individual products.

Parcels shipped with DHL or GLS are insured in case of: loss, damage of the entire consignment or its individual products.

Section 14 – Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

Information about STAY-TECH products and services on our webshop may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times, etc. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Section 15 – Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that the use of our web service (webpage and/or webshop) will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

You agree that STAY-TECH webshop may be unavailable or subject to edit/change from time to time, for which we are not obligated to prior report to users.

You understand and agree that you use STAY-TECH webshop (as well as its products and services you purchase from) at your own risk.

Section 16 – Products Warranty

The general warranty period for products sold on the Stay-tech webshop (Lejon Lah s.p.) is 1 year.

All warranty claims will be treated carefully and in accordance with business policy.

The warranty covers the basic function of the product. The product must be used and installed in the correct way as described in the instructions.

For products that show signs of impact, improper use, improper installation, improper storage, and improper maintenance, the warranty cannot be applied.

Excessive use of the products affects wear and tear, which is not covered by the warranty.

The warranty for Paints and surface protection cannot be enforced in case of improper storage and maintenance (storage in the dark, cleaning, oiling).

The warranty cannot be applied to parts that, due to the nature of their use, are exposed to heavy loads (sliding, impact, powder gases).

Section 17 – Validity of this Privacy Policy and GDPR Regulation Policy

This Webshop terms and Conditions is published on STAY-TECH webshop and shall enter into force on 1st January 2022.
